Estimator (Alex) Came To Our Home & Gave Original Estimate Of 895 (Cf) $2953-$3.30 Per Cf. Alex Verbally Quoted Me A Price Of $2.85 -$3, If My Final Count Measured 1000 (Cf) Or More. I Gave Him A $200 Check Deposit In Good Faith & To Secure Our Pick Up & Delivery Dates. At Time Of Pick Up, Goods Measured 2000 (Cf) And New Price Stated Was $9250. We Disputed The New Rate & Extra Charges That Were Not Disclosed Prior To Loading. Foreman (Ryan) Contacted Eli (Owner).

Eli Offered Us A New Rate Of $7500. Still Unsatisfied, We Offered To Unload The Truck Ourselves & Retrieve Our Belongings. When Ryan & Eli Heard Of Our Decision, Eli Told Ryan To Leave Our Home With Our Belongings Still Loaded On Their Truck, W/Out Our Permission And W/Out A Final Contractual Agreement. With The Police Present We Were Able To Confront Eli At The Warehouse & Received A Written Agreement To Return Our Belongings To Our Apt The Next Morning For $2000. The Next Morning Ryan Returned & Refused To Accept A Cashier's Check As Form Of Payment & Only Would Accept Cash Or "Postal" Money Order. Eli Showed Up At Our Home Shortly After & Gave Direction To His Crew To Again Leave With Our Belongings.

As He Departed Eli Shouted Out "Now I'm Going To F@#$%*G Make You Pay Me To Come Back!". We Have Now Been Contacted By Joshua Lewis (Gm In AZ) Stating We Have 2 Choices 1) Pay $6800 For Complete Delivery Or 2) Pay The $2000 Plus An Additional $435, To Pick Up Our Belongings Ourselves From A Storage Unit Where They Have Placed Them.
