Rich Heldt Scammers, Incompetent

The worst compressor service I have ever had in my 30 years. These guys called asking for my business then dont show up for three weeks. When they do show up the guy spent more time doing paperwork then he did on my machine. When i got the bill i could have died. I called and spoke with Rich Heldt who is suppose to be the boss but is was tantamount to talking to a child. I couldnt get an explanation of the charges let alone justification for them. The bottom line is he charged me twice the amount it would take to buy a brand new machine. After dozens of calls to Mr Heldt i come realize he has a severe alcohol problem or is mentally ill. Either way stay away from this clown.
