Zbiddy.com Somehow managed to get money out of my bank account

I got an email from them, so I thought I would check it out. Did not give any information that I could remember. I found the web address and emailed them. I didn't have any problem explaining that I wanted to cancel the account. They sent back that they were sorry to see that I wanted to cancel and gave me a phone number for which I called.

After explaining to the person on the phone that I didn't give permission for money to be taken out of my account. I started getting the run-around. They switched me from one person to another. I kept telling them that I no longer wanted this account when they seemed not to understand what I was saying.

I finally said a feww choice words and hung up and started looking for another way to get my money back. These people don't want to listen to the customer all they want is your money. They don't understand that when you don't want something, you don't want it. I will not ever use this web-site. All I want is my money back.
