The week of March 5th I drove by the Psychic Gallery on Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, Fl and noticed a $10.00 general reading special. I decided to walk in to see what it was about. I was greeted by a lady who was very personable at first and invited me in. She sat me down in a smaller area and began to ask me questions such as my name and date of birth. She also told me to hold 2 stones in my hand and make 2 wishes. I advised her I was interested in the $10.00 special as advertised in front of the business.

She proceeded to try and upsell me for an "Energy Reading" for $55.00 as she told me she feels alot of "energy" coming off of me and felt that was the best thing. Mind you this is my first time entering this establishment. I advised her that I only had a certain amount of money and I was interested in a general reading for fun. Her mood changed and she talked me into giving her my last $25.00 after she went back and forth with me from $55.00-$35.00. As soon as I gave her the money she briefly told me general things like I have "negative energy" around me and I needed a "cleansing" along with "materials" I needed in order to "rid me" of this negative energy.

She also told me that I would suffer "3 major losses" that money could not replace. She told me she wants to help me, and asked me if I can go to my ATM and give her $450.00 in order for her to start "working on me". I told her that I just wanted a general reading and I dont have that kind of money to spend. She proceeded to tell me that my bills would be there every month and requested that I go to my "ATM" and take out whatever I can give her. I basically paid this woman $25.00 to speak to me in under 5 minutes and 3 of those 5 minutes were spent trying to convince me that someone has placed a "curse" on me.

A woman placed a curse on me and about what money I was able to give her now. She told me to come back on that Friday with the money and ALL the details on this mystery "woman" that has placed a "curse" on me. One of the oldest psychic rip off scams to date. I was very saddened upon leaving. What was an innocent trip to the neighborhood psychic for fun, I left feeling like I was scammed for $25.00 after seeing the advertised $10.00. I was also very frightened by what she told me about "3 major losses" that money could not replace.

She specifically told me that these losses were "priceless" I left that place very frightened and felt like I was taken advantage of. This "Psychic Gallery" did not give me the Customer Service I requested specifically a "General Reading" for the advertised $10.00. She tried to frighten me into giving her $450.00 dollars for a "cleansing and materials". She was very pushy about the money and in the end I regretted ever setting foot in that place. Buyer please beware. Especially a person that is feeling vulnerable and this "psychic lady" is like a spiritual predator upselling her services with scare tactics.
