Flowers shop ordered Ariat Boots received a registered envelope with lamb stickers Internet

I did a search for "mossy oak" Ariat women's cowboy boots, I went to this web page that showed all kinds of shoes and the boots including the ones I was looking for, I was so caught up in placing my order that I did not notice until after I placed my order that the top of the page says "Flowers Shop" which instantly set me on alert, So I then started looking for their customer service information and all that was given was a email address and of course I did not receive a response. I paid $62.51 via Paypal for this order and as soon as I saw that in my bank account there was no phone number and a silly hotmail account email and some kind of Chinese symbol, I contacted Pay pal and opened a case. Pay pal started the standard process of trying to contact the seller and one day prior to the deadline the seller tells Pay Pal that the item was shipped and gave a tracking number of which neither I nor Pay pal could track,

Well today the registered mail came in, it was a manilla envelope with a single sheet of Lamb/Ram stickers in it, the kind that little kids use. I contacted pay pal via phone immediately and let them know the deception. Luckily I used Pay Pal but regrettably I will not have my daughter's Bday present in time. This site is recommended on several search comparison sites such as Nextag and Shopzilla etc. Beware!!!
