Be treated so low at Sephora - Phytophanere Dietary Supplement - Hair & N

I have been shopping at Sephora for a really while. Most of time, I really appreciate their service and products.

March 10th, Saturday afternoon, we went to Alderwood Mall with to try to get more hair vitamin and serum of brand Phyto. I had question about the label on the hair supplement, it lists for Vitamin A, 175,5IU and 8% DV. I thought it make no sense since our daily vitamin is 5000 IU (100%), so I do not understand 8% coming from. Also I want to confirm if it is 175,5 or 175.5 (maybe the typo? Or Euro style?). According to U.S. A measurement after ", " should be 000, so will it be 175,500 IU? How can it has that much IU and if so, it won't be 8% but 351% DV? So I asked one lady, she thought it might be printing problem and she wanted to ask her manager. She brought out her manager, for some reasons her manager does not understand my question and we just exchanged our own idea for going nowhere, also it was irritating to see they have mocking face and they looked at each other since I know that my English is not my first language. So I became not patient and increased my voice volume since I do not understand how come they do not know the basic knowledge of vitamin. If they do not have knowledge, that is ok, why can%u2019t they admit and just tell me that they do not have answer for me now but can try to find it. But, no, they just continue to say nonsense and laugh at me with their eyes contact to each other. Then another manager coming, this lady is really tall and big than me, with the attitude of looking down on me and rude face, accused of me before she even knows what is going on. I was too tired to argue with her and left.

So I will not shop there anymore and this is all I can do as a customer. I bought the Phyto serum at Nordstrom and vitamin on line.
