Ripped me off

I sent away for this credit card and i didn't recieve one either also i went ahead and sent in the 43.00 dollars so i could get my card faster, if i would of sent it in regular mail in would of cost me 39.00 dollars instead. I'm very mad and angry over these people who do it to other poeple and get away with it. I work my butt off to the fingers and have 2 kids, so i just don't get why i'm supporting ripoff poeple who are to lazy to go out and get a real job, i hope they get caught! I want my money back now!!!
