The Mershimer Group mystery shopping

I signed up with this company to complete mystery shops for them. The compnay states that you will be paid for completing the audits in a timely manner, but I found out later that the company does not pay for work completed until 90 days after the completion of the work. Further, when the 90 days had passed, I had still not been paid, and had to follow up on more than 6 occasions to hound them for my money! These people do not treat independent contractors fairly as any reputable mystery shopping company pays within 30 days of completed work. This leads me to believe that they operate on a low cash margin, meaning that they hire you to do work and don't have the funds available to pay you. I finaluyy received my money, but it was only after I haunted them to pay me! Be careful who you sign up with!!!
