Ripoff Time Share Sales

Shops, Products, Services

November I received a call from a Jason Halbrook stating he had a buyer in his office who wanted to buy my timeshare. He garrenteed he was selling it right then. I would receive a check for $13,500 in the mail before Jan 1.

I asked several times if they were really there and he said yes I used my credit card for a fee of $799.
I called several times the next 2 weeks At first he talked to me saying the check would be in the mail. Then when I called He was out to lunch no matter what time I called Then he wasnt in.

I left a complaint with the company and never got a reply.By the time I gave up It was too late to stop the credit card payment This is the 5th company that has ripped me off.
