Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Internet

I was trying to close my account and notice that it was over by $79.95. I asked the bank why and they give me cic credit reports number. I called and found out that they have been changing me since may.

I want my money back for the last 3 years. I told them this and they said that they could only give me this years back. I ask them why would they take something that was not theirs. I never give them that right. Please help me understand why a company can do these things.
