This is the absolute worse experience I have ever had. Not only did I get a confirmation my flowers were delivered (when they never were), I was on hold for 45 minutes and speaking with a woman who was not very good at costumer service and kept repeating the same thing. Told me I would get a call back in 24-48 hours and couldn't guarantee when my flowers would be delivered or when I would get a phone call. At the end of the conversation after it took me getting extremely mad (aarggh:-/), she guaranteed a call back by the end of the day. So, the flowers were no longer a surprise and now a frustration. I do not recommend this company. Look up local florists in the area you want to deliver to and have them send something. This is what teleflora is doing anyway.
