I ordered from this company last week. Since I haven't received the product and the email shipment was a little fishy - I decided to check out what Gadd Formulas was on the internet. I came across this website and saw all the complaints. I've emailed customer service and haven't received a response. From the other reviews, it looks like I won't receive one at all! How does this company get away with this? If I had known it was Gadd Formulas before ordering - and read these emails - I would have ran!
