BPO orders for non payment, no one answers the phone when calling, work done on time for them

I prepared BPO orders on time and never received any payments. I did this for them promptly and efficiently and now when I call to find out why I have not been paid for almost 2 yrs, no one responds and there is no one answering the phone but goes to voice mail.
