Nationwide Title Transfer, Interested in buying, $400 for title transfer, Two web sites Scam Reports

Shops, Products, Services

My wife received a call from a Paul Williams 941-306-6642 saying he was interested in our time share in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Called back a few days later and said he was willing to pay $10,000 and would deal through a title company he has used before. Said title company was Nationwide Title Transfer. Received a call from a John Donlin (sp) and said he would need $400.00 to check into the title and deed and would be refunded after the sale. Said because property was in Mexico could take up to 60 days and to not be in a hurry for the refund. He asked for our email address and she said she would have to talk to her husband first before giving out any information. At which time he said " I guess I don't need it" and HUNG UP!!!
