I filed my income taxes at the 2100 e abram st. Ste 102 arlington, tx location for the first time in 2012 and it was the worst mistake. Selam filed my taxes, she was fraudulant from the start! She told me i would be getting 1100.00 back, (obviously she already planned to take my money) my refund was actually 1323.00 and after she fraudulantly applied for a ral, (refund anticipation loan) (when i clearly stated and wrote on the pre-app you fill out when you get to the office, that i wanted to utilize the 10-14 day route, so my fees would be lower).

After 3wks went by, they handed me this homemade looking check for 806.05!!! She told me that my fees would be no more than 100-150.00 and they ended up being over 200.00 along with another 300.00 worth for fee's related to a ral. Which again, i didnt apply for! They keep telling me they are sending my complaint form to the corporate office, there is no corporate office! These are all franchises, and apparently, no one is held accountable for the fraud they commit.

They will not get away with this. It is the principle of the thing, no one has money to give away, and if i did, it would be given at my discretion!!! Please people jackson hewitt, hr block there are alot of other places that will file your taxes, for lower fees and get you 'money quick' as well. It is not worth continuing to file with a company that all over the united states is having 'fraud' and 'thief' issues!!! Please lets put the instant tax services out of business, or atlease, deal them a substantial blow, so they realize this is not good business!!!
