Don't use this company!!! Look at all the bad press they have on them, do your research!!! Landlords beware, KTS is being sued for violations of multiple laws, and they've gotten other landlords into trouble too... Just look at the google results, type in "Kimball Tirey St. John Defendant" and you'll see a long list of lawsuits. These people should go to prison for what they do. I would encourage EVERY landlord to boycott them, and every tenant being pursued by them to put up a fight and take a stand for whats right, and put these people out of business!!!
