11/27 I ordered a NFL jersey from an online website for a Christmas gift for my mother inlaw. Almost a month later the jersey arrived (just in time for Christmas). I was very unhappy with what I seen. The name of the player is FLACCO, but the jersey shows FIACCO. Yes, there is an "I" instead of an "L". So I emailed them (12/29) and made my complaint and asked for them to refund my money or give me a new one that is correct. Well they need pictures... So I sent them a picture and they come back and tell me that there is nothing wrong with the jersey. I agrued back about how it was wrong. I even sent them a picture of what the jersey looked like on their website to show them how the letters were supposed to read. So I get an email back saying we will refund you $10. HAHAHA I refused! I paid over $48 for this jersey and I will not take a $10 refund. So they go back and tell me that I paid $20 and thats all I could get. Which is wrong, so I kept arguing with them. I wanted no less then $40 since the jersey was wrong or a brand new one that is correct. They then tell me that the only way to get a new one (which looks exactly the same with the spelling) is to return the one I have, at my own cost! I kept reminding them that this was their mistake and they need to fix their own mistake. Yea, they do not want to hear it. So they eventually get to a $30 refund. I kept saying $35, but supposibly they tried to give it to me and it wont go thru. I insisted on $35 and get a reply "How about we refund $30?" hahahaha
I insisted on the name of the supervisor, the CEO, and the people who process the returns. Funny how they kept ignoring my requests and never gave me the information. So I found a way to get the CEO's email... I email to make sure he is who they say he is and he confirmed. I explained my complaint to him. A week later I still had no reply. So I wrote back and advised that I needed an answer ASAP as I am an upset customer. STILL no reply. So a "teamleader" emailed me and said the only way I could get $35 refund was to return the jersey at my own expense, then they would give me $35... How crooked is that??? So I wrote back... Pissed off... Told them to just give me my $30 and I will never be back again. Told them how their company is crap and I will let everyone in the US know to NEVER order from them! This was the 16th of february that I agreed to take the $30 and go. Took them from 12/29 - 2/16/12? I spent alot of time arguing my point and they still do not care.
So PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Their websites are:
