Ordered about 2 years ago never recieved phone so called and they said they will ship one out never recieved it yet but yet they stil keep send stuff in the mail the account being actice and we have never seen the first phone so I think they are ripping the goverment off after a while of calling them you get tired of it and I think thats what they want
