Ripoff

I am a contractor doing house painting. My cell phone is very important to me as my business runs off of it. I have nothing but problems with the phone as Cricket also keeps turning my phone off for no reasin at all.

I finally went down to talk to them as they then advised to me that a phone in April was added to my account and they provided me with the cell # and stated that I must file a police report to catch the person who added the phone to my account and that I was being charged for but come to find out is that they added it on themselve, meaning Cricket. My phone broke so I got a new phone but the number remained the same yet not according to them.

Well they credited my account but now the four phones I have all signal when a message is left yet the service is not turned on, it's not even ringing my original business cell # and I am pissed. I lost a $28,000 job due to Cricket and I am ready to sue them. I leave messages they can't call me back or even correct my problem, I am looing a lot of work and again I am pissed!
