Bad behavior of manager & security guard

On May, fifth 2011 at about two moments before 18h00, I thrilled the shop (Checkers, Middelburg, Mpumalanga) and discovered a lady pleading the protection guard to enter. She believed to me that she was in the doorway at ten units to 6 (shop shuts at 18h00) and also the protection guard declines her to enter. I created my long ago in to the shop to consider the store-manager to describe the problem. The store-manager got working in my experience and was shouting at the very top of her speech "that which was happening" and rudely going at her watch and shouting "the shop is sealed." I believed to her that I'm likely to record her poor conduct to Pieces Hq and he or she screamed that I will do this, she doesn't care.
