Failed to "fulfill" our expectations

This company has other negative reviews (see Webgistix, Henderson NV).

We had a bad experience with them too. Our main complaints include:

1. Not abiding by our signed contract.
2.inventory problems, including cases of serious discrepancies.
3. Poor customer service.in particular we feel that moving out was made unnecessarily difficult. We sought a resolution of our complaints from our "customer service" rep and executives of the company and frankly we were shocked at what we would consider hardball tactics. Trying to deal with them was fraught with frustration and threats of legal retaliation, which didn't sit well with me.

This company has stated on usacomplaints.com that they:
"would be more than happy to discuss any issues through email or over the
phone. We would like to note that all customers sign a contract with
Webgistix before actual fulfillment operations begin, and that these
contracts clearly include all fees and costs."

They say that contracts clearly include all fees and costs, but we found that they changed fees in violation of our contract.
