Ripoff, fraudelant, misrepresentative, lack of communication, false advertising

I purchased a Nationwide Cybersystems Internet Kiosk Machine in August I was told that they have many locations available in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area with owners eager to place your Kiosks on there property. I was given names of people throughout North America with testimonies of the success they have had with the Internet Koisk machines. After so many months of placing numerous phone calls to Fred Cohen, and others changing location locators, finally a location locator Daniel Terpeck found a place to put the Internet Kiosk machine this was now December.

After spending $15995 USD for the machine I was told that the cost would cover the DSL, the wi-fi hotspot, set-up the locations, adverstising other costs that may arise in completing the Internet Kiosks for operation. Once the Internet Kiosk was delivered I could not get in touch with no one at Natonwide Cybersystems. I attempted to contact the advertising firm they stated will assist in the advertising aspects of the business C&C Enterprises which once you call them you go straight into voice mail. Anyhow the Hotel Management was very eager for the Internet Kiosk machine to be up in operational, so I spent another $5000 in getting the machine up in running with the DSL installation, local telephone line install, advertising flyers for the Hotel rooms joining the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and printing advertising flyers to attempt to convince businesses in the area to advertise there establishment on the Internet Kiosk machine.

The contract signed by the Hotel and I stated that I would need to pay them 15% of earnings monthly. Since the Internet Kiosks first day of operation it has only generated $75-$100 per month, I have shown the owners my monthly statement and they stated they want 50% of my earnings are find another location to place the machine. I ask them why I had to pay them 50% of my earnings and they stated that Nationwide told them that the Internet Kiosk machine will generate $3-4000 USD per month. But when they saw my financial statement and how much money was actual being made they stated pay 50% are find another location. Again many attempts to contact Nationwide Cybersystems has been unsuccessfully.

Finally, May after leaving many messages for Daniel Terpeck, the Supervisors and Fred Cohen for many months, Daniel Terpeck called and stated that he was hospitalized for many months and could not return my calls as promised and by July 1st 2004 he would have me a new location to place my Internet Kiosk. Unfortunately as of June 14 when you call the 800 number and or the local 954 number you go straight into voice mail and or answering service will take a message and state that the location locator will contact you immediately. On June 24 a lady name Yolanda would not disclose her last name stated that the company is going through some restructing and someone will contact you at the beginning of August to take care of your grievances. I ask the question of did the company go out of business and people like myself was taking advantage of and would take a loss for believing in the Nationwide Cybersystems. She stated show could not comment on the Inquiry and in August someone will provide assistance. Hopefully in the near future or years to come that we all would be able to get our money back and or a settlement for the losses we have suffer with Nationwide Cybersystems. Currently today I still see there commercial on television.
