Cartoonsaloon 2 day processing... Wait 17 business days for delivery. No response to numerous email queries. Charge paid through credit card

I did a google search for a particular TV series and came up with TV show Heaven. They had an accurate description of the show and the complete series was available for a bit over $35. I swallowed the line and purchased it on my credit card. I then received a confirmation email which contained no total charge. I emailed them and asked for the total and since have emailed approx. Four times with absolutely no response. The 17 day delivery time has expired two weeks ago.
