Phone operators rude—unable to contact customer service—continual "we'll be right with you" recording... Returned unopened merchandise and never rec'd credit to my credit card acct. Tried to get thru many times, same situation. This was not a toll number, so it cost money just to hang on for nothing. No matter what time of day, no rept. Ever got on the line. The operators who took orders said they couldn't help, and one person in particular became very rude.
