Willows on France Apartments Smelly Building

The trash dumpster, and recycling issues on the property cause major odor problems. It smells terrible, its usually overflowing, and pretty much a nuisance. Also there's an area in the building that smells horrible like animal piss. Jessi isn't always available during business hours, which she should be, and doesn't respond to messages promptly. I won't be renewing my lease for these reasons, and the managers name isn't Jessi Joshi, it's either Jessi Naim, or Jessi Joshi Naim.
