You should always be wary of a site with half a dozen different policies that they require you to check radio boxes next to in order to check out. It means customer support is a nuisance to them—and they aren't going to handle it well.

I ordered a 'luscious headband wig' on January 19th. On February 2nd I checked the status and saw it was listed as 'processing.' It hadn't been shipped. There was no tracking information. So I emailed and asked what was going on.

Their reply was to copy and paste the links where you go to to find your order status on their site. No message, just a bunch of links. You could almost see the worker (who hates their job) rolling their eyes at you for being too stupid not to click the link yourself.

Well, yeah, I tried to get my status from their site. Two weeks. Still processing. I asked what was going on and asked for an actual answer this time. Please don't just copy and paste links.

The next day they sent the same email copy and pasting the links. It's not an autoreply since I didn't get the email until the following morning. The email address of sales@internationalwigs.com is also their contact email on the site. This was a lazy/belligerent worker copy and pasting links to spite me since I asked them not to do that.

Okay. I'm done. It shouldn't take two weeks to ship an order. If there was a problem and they told me what it was I might have waited longer, but since they're too obnoxious to handle customer service I sent a final email saying to cancel the order and refund me. I'm now disputing the transaction. Yeah, they sent the same email with copy and pasted links. They win on being obnoxious but lose my money.
