Brett Owner Major rip off and the dont back up their guarantee!

We had Assured thermal pest control come into our home to eliminate bed bugs that were brought into the home from traveling they charged us 1900$ to heat our house to the temp of 140 degrees they were suppose to be at the house for 8 hours and guaranteed that this process would eliminate the situation. We were to leave the property for the amount of time they required but came back 2 hours early to find the owner asleep in his truck. He told us that he saw no bed bugsl but we know that we had been bitten several times and found this statement to be strange. After 2 weeks into the treatment we found more bites on ourselves. I called the owner to get him to back up the companys guarantee but he said that he believed it was something else and to go to a dermatologist. I found a bug in my pillow case and took it to another pest control company which confirmed our suspisions.

We have now had to have another pest control company come in to resolve the problem as well as having to replace things in the home that the heat treatment damaged. Beware of this company as they only want to make a fast buck and have no intention of backing up their gaurantee! Shame on you Assured thermal solutions for taking advantage of people at a time like this! Think twice before you call this company for your pest control needs.
