In January I had been approached by telephone by Robert Schultz of Residence Management Global asking basically was thinking about promoting my Worldmark by Wyndham timeshare breaks. I told him I had been. After discussing info with him he explained he'd return to me if he discovered a customer.in regards to a week later Mr. Schultz again called me to express he'd an serious customer which he was trying to discover when they might qualify to buy my breaks. Many times later he called me to express the customer had certified for that selling price. A deal was subsequently faxed in my experience on 2/1. Then he mentioned that for his organization to accomplish the deal I'd have to spend a charge of $1,850 that we approved to become removed from my bank account. That deal happened on 2/3. He called me 24 hours later to statement the purchase procedure was continuing and really should be final within 45 times. He also requested me to talk about the info of 2 additional timeshare resale/rental businesses that I'd formerly handled, with no achievement, as he might recover any costs while there is a National regulation which controls such unacceptable deals.
