Discount Luxs Sent me the wrong bag and perhaps a fake Hermes bag. I contacted them to return the bag and they gave me the address to ship it back. I did but they never sent my money back

I purchased an hermes bag from this website (discountluxs.com). They send me the wrong bag and i realized that it was a knock off. I contacted them and they said to send it back in an email and they will refund my money. I sent the bag back and they never refunded my money. I contacted them through email several times and they never replied.
