Signed up for Big Yellow Page & On-line Advertizing, Then They GAVE OUR Phone Number to OUR COMPETITION, "TWICE"

In 2009 we entered an agreement with AT&T Advertising for a two page spread in their Yellow Pages Book and a prominent spot in their on-line services connected to our web page.in October it began.

Our phone was not ringing so in November we called our number and a competing Air Conditioning Company answered the phone. Our very competitor had our phone number!

We contacted AT&T and they said that cannot happen. She tried the number and said "your right". We asked for that to be fixed and an investigation be made, but they never got back with us!

In February again phone not ringing and, low and behold, guess who answered our phone number, the one that we were advertising on: our phone book ad and our on-line ad, our competitor again answered our number that is exclusively OURS.

Again we complained to AT&T and again no response from them on how this could happen so we stopped paying for the advertising. Since then we haven't been able to come to an agreement on how to settle this situation. We can't afford to go to Georgia to counter sue them, so they are suing us.
