I did not have my taxes done here, but a friend did. When she received her refund they had charged her over $700 to file a simple return. They also refused to give her a copy of her return. She has filed a complaint with the BBB and will file one with the Attorney General Office of North Carolina. I have worked for other tax services and there is no way a simple return would cost over $700 even with the fees. This company is a rip-off and hopefully will be shut down before the season is over.
