As a former employer, this company will not pay you. Lora S. Flaugh, the company's founder will tell you everything and anything you want to hear, give you the run around all the while having no intention of paying. She has gotten a bad rap from several other employees who have the same story of not being paid their salary. Employees are in and out of her company because she can't keep someone long enough and usually ends up burning bridges. A sad story, as there could be potential for her agency if she would stop ripping people off and work diligently and respect her employees. She also is not one for confrontation. Awkward because if you weren't doing anything wrong you wouldn't have anything to worry about. Stay away from this company, you want nothing to do with it
