Ben's Diecast - Ben Roskaz - ebay
(E-bay) Ben's Diecast (Ben Roskaz) took my money, refused to deliver product, and won't communicate with me. He's still trying to sell the car I bought to other people! Rip-off!

On April 10 I bid on E-Bay from Ben's Diecast and won a retro Nascar. I paid with pay-pal, so payment to Mr. Roskaz was immediate.

Mr. Roskaz said shipment would be in 30 days. On May 9th, I email him to request shipment. He did not respond. On May 12th, I once again emailed Mr. Roskaz requesting the status of my car. He responded on May 14th with shipping in 1-2 weeks. June 2nd, I again emailed him requesting a refund or my car and that I would take legal action if he did not do one or the other.

By June 8th, I have not recieved a car, refund or response from Mr. Roskaz. I followed up with an email, I called his number and left a message. I sent him a letter to his address. It's now June 19th and I still have not heard from him.

All the while Mr. Roskaz is continuing to sell this car on his web site and is no longer an E-Bay seller.
