My experience is no different than many of the reports here: Card charged from day of order, two weeks later no tracking number nor update, no replies to e-mail, no answer on phone. Card company called a week ago with a chargeback request.
What shocks me is to find reports of the same nature going back to 2009! Why is this website still up, and who can I contact to shut it down and protect the public once and for all?
