Unprofessional - incompetent and damaged my refridgerator and refused to rectify the damage

Incompentent, unprofessional servicemen. No follow up on parts status, date promised came and went. One week later... Finally when I called, they claimed to have part and will come to install. Gary, was too busy so he said some other guy will come out. Repairman came out, said he had wrong part, wrote new items numbers on my stainless refridgerator. Dropped the top piece and dented the corner.

Claims it was already there - we witnessed it and called him on it, said he caught it in time. I contacted the main company telephone number and emailed photos. They called back and said he did not do it. Would offer a $50 discount on the $400 bill. The replacement cost on the top of the 42' built in refer top poece is well over $50.. Avoid this company at all costs. I am calling Kitchenaid to refer me to an authorized service provider now.
