Lied about not having my card on file and yet they charged me

I called the number I heard on the truck radio. The first time I called, I did, t have my card on me. I called back when I had my card information. But after my husband and I talked I decided to cancell. I called right back about an hour later to cancell. I was told my card had not been charged and that it was not on file. But about a week later a recieved information mfrom them, and my card had been charged. There was no number to call. And when I tried the wed-address I had no luck.
