Never shipped order and never return calls!

I placed an order on 5/25 for over $150.00 for slide pages and archival books. The order has not been received as of 1/24. I have called them monthly and the firstt few times, I was told it was on backorder, then the items were in production, etc.

Since they have their automoated system installed and there is no way to talk to a real person, you must leave a message. They do not return their calls ever. This company is a rip off and needs to be shut down!
