Refusing to remove advertisement

I put an advertisement for promoting by vessel in 2001. Offered the vessel in 2002 and requested for that elimination of my advertising. Through the years I've had a large number of emails seeking info on the vessel. Through the years I've requested them via mail to get rid of my advertisement for around five times. It's istill within their site. This really is really frustrating for me personally and also the people who create. They actually get telephone calls since my previous telephone number is within the advertisement which quantity has become being used by someone else.
