Dyson is a rip off on parts

I've a Dyson DC07 upright. Only a little 3-inch plastic capture that links the primary cyclone program towards the macine smashed. After I attempted to buy an upgraded item which may charge about $4, I had been informed I had a need to purchase the whole cyclone construction fr $79.99. I'm likely to ruin the machine and purchase a Dirt Devil for $50. I had been advised to schlep out to Brooklyn to some fix organization and find out when they had the item. I told the client support (?) rep that there is no means I really could do this and, given that they produce the item, they must be ready to obtain one. I had been rudely blown down and informed in no uncertain conditions that it is tough-but this is the method Dyson does enterprise and, easily feel cheated, nicely, to poor. Never again with me I am scared. They produce plastic garbage to get a premium cost and that Iam a fast student.
