Jtv.com $80 for Rush Delivery—and it's Not Even In Stock?

Wednesday 1/18, I ordered Jewelry items (3 Charms and a Necklace) as a Christianing Gift.

All items said "IN STOCK". Those that said "OUT OF STOCK" I didn't order.

Christianing was 1/22 so as crazy as it sounds I was willing to pay expedited S&H to get it to me by 1/20. I was charged $113.49 for the items and $79.96 for expedited S&H!!!

On 1/20 I did not receive anything from JTV so I called. I was told customer service had 5 customers in queue and they closed in 10 minutes so logically I would not get to speak to anyone so I should call back after 9:00am Staurday 1/21 (M-F hours are 7:00am). At that same time the Sales Rep told me because I hadn't shopped with them in a few years, I was considered new to them so they had to verify who I was, etc etc and that alone would have prevented me from ever getting my order by 1/20.

I had used a DEBIT CARD and the monies were out of my account 1/18 so I asked why would they charge me $79.96 for expedited S&H when they knew they couldn't deliver because of some internal policy to waste a few days cheking me out? No response!

When I called 1/21 Customer service was CLOSED!!! Called Sales—They told me they didn't know why I was told that the night before because it didn't make sense and they also told me that if I was in queue those last 10 minutes I would've been able to speak with Customer Service. "I'm sorry" again!

Called back to sales 1/21 again and after arguing with them multiple times, they agreed to send an email to the skeleton crew working in CS to have someone call me back. Someone called back form SALES and said "I'm so sorry" but I can't do anything to help you except to say "the one charm will be there by 1/23 at 3:00pm the others haven't shipped yet. I demanded that a manger call me 1/23 first thing.

At 10;00am someone called from Customer Service who said "I'm sorry, BUT those items are not in stock and we don't even know when they will be so therefore I cannot tell you when the other 2 charms and necklace will arrive." She claimed "IN STOCK" on their website merely meant a "placement order" would be originated. "OUT OF STOCK" meant never coming back! How insane.

Not that it would help the embarrassment I felt that I was the only one NOT TO HAVE A GIFT OPENED at the Christianing on 1/22, but they didn't even say "of course we will refund your S&H" I hung up on them just a short while ago as I couldn't stand to even talk with them since they had no resolutions and truly not apologetic just the words...

DO NOT DEAL WITH JTV... What more can I say?
