Hastings Stained Concrete ruined our floors by pulling up the carpet and not filling in the carpet tackless holes. They told us that most people leave them there! The holes are an eyesore; there are over 300 of them. Also, permanent footprints of the workers and stains are now on the floor and will have to be stripped up and restained. Hastings Stained Concrete has refused to acknowledge their mistakes, and are refusing a refund! Beware of this company. They do not know what they are doing!
