Bad data, no trial period

Despite promise of trial period, PeopleSmart will charge your card immediately. I did a check on myself to check accuracy, and they did not find a speeding ticket I got a few years ago - my insurance company did. Should be simple. I asked for a full refund based on bad data, and they pass the buck to data suppliers, and no refund. Do not use this 'service'. Is is useless
