I ordered a "SPECIAL" for 3 Tapestry Kits. Completed the certificate & sent the pic of my family with newest grandchild, Anticipating this for my BEST CHRISTmas gift. I have not received the tapestry! I have attempted to call & email but it appears ULTIMA TRU-COLOR... Isn't TRUE at all!!! They are a major RIPOFF and I sure hope something can be done about them!
