Big Red's Moving
No Return Calls, No Show for Appt!

My experience initially was decent. I scheduled an appointment and sent them an email with details of my move as they requested. I had to reschedule once and again, sent them a detailed email of what needed to be moved, the addresses for pick up and drop off, and other requested information.

I received no reply, no confirmation. My appointment was scheduled over the phone with one of their staff members. He didn't seem all that familiar with the phone system. He also didn't seem eager to call me back for my business. I did manage to get a date and a time.

I took a few hours off of work in order to get the items ready for them to move. However, Big Red's never showed up or called. I called twice the day of my appointment. I left two more messages on their answering machine the following two days. None have been returned. They have FOUR messages on their voicemail in regards to my move.

My move has been further delayed (adding in the costs of additional rent and moving equipment... Not to mention my time) thanks to their unprofessional business practices. They did not show any courtesy towards me and they were prepaid to do this work.in definition, this type of conduct is theft. Had they shown up, they would've received a tip doubling what they were paid initially.

Obviously, I do not recommend this company for any services they may provide.
