He is doing smaller cons now, for a few hundred bucks in local currency. You name it, he has it to sell. It seems he was deported to Guyana from the US and is now in Trinidad. There is a "career criminal" by the same name in Guyana who is also know as "Slick Willy". Not sure if it's the same guy.
He will offer services, won't deliver, then demand more money.
