On Jan. 10 Investigator green told me I could get arrest for possible check fraud and they file in philadelphia county. Then she said if I didnt pay.

They will take it out my taxes. I ask her can I get horizon number but she wouldnt gave to me so she transfer me to some one esle and he said if I didnt pay there will be a warrant for arrest and he said they issue a warrant but if I pay the 2000.00. They will cancel the warrant.

Then investigator green called me on Jan. 11 stating if I didnt called then by 3:00 they was going to transfer my case to the philadelphia county but they said they already forward my case. Plus investestor green stated that my credit score 702 and I should pay the debt so my credit score will not be affected.

I never authorized her to check my credit score.

Plus they never read my Mini-Miranda.
