Rip-off orders, tracking and shipping fiascos

I also am a victim of a rip off.in november i ordered several items for christmas delivery and experienced the same as others, everything shipped separately with very high shipping costs. Items arrived one or two per week, some arrived after the holiday some were on eternal back order. Two items that were shipped separately never arrived. They tracked the packages sent via UPS and i received a report via mail with proof that it was sent to the wrong address.

No replacement of items nor credit was ever issued. When i called they said i needed to formally file a claim with them and send them, only via fax, the tracking info they had originally sent me as they do not automatically credit me unless i formally ask for it. I followed the instructions and waited. I kept being billed for the items and each time i called they said it takes time to research and prepare credit. It is now june 04 and called only to be told to fax the info again as there was no record of receipt.

Each time i call i can never talk to a supervisor nor can i send my fax to an individual who will be responsible to process my claim. Mostly i haven't gotten a rude c/s rep but they are well trained to be vague when answering questions regarding company policies and procedures. I did however reach a super-rude "customer service rep" when i called this past week.
