Scam artists

This company contacted me nearly a year ago by phone aking me if i wanted to get some coupons for free gas and groceries. I gave them some information and they said they'd send it to me in the mail, weeks passed and I never recieved it and not thinking too hard on it I didn't realy notice it. A few months pass by and they call me from a blocked number and a guy with a heavy Arab accent TOLD me I had not recieved the coupons and offered me a refund of any money I had payed for this membership and asked for my CC info so they could refund the money to the account and still send me the gift certificates and told me that a charge of $1.00 would be shown on the account to verify that the account had funds, I looked at my bank info and sure enough there was a charge of $1.00 (twice). The very next day another guy with a simular accent called from a blocked number again and asked me for my CC information and was very vague and hard to understand offered to send the gifts to me, I told him that I was already recieving my refund from them and after a few word I couldn't understand he asked me for my billing info again. Another month has passed and I have seen neither the gifts or a refund and today they called me again from a blocked number and TOLD me AGAIN that I hadn't recieved my gift cards and asked if i was at an old address that was my origional mailing address that I had given them (they had my new address when they were going to send them again), I told him that they were going to refund my money last time HE HUNG UP!!! I looked up the company information online and tried calling them and was given a recording saying "Due to a company sponsered event our offices are closed..." I looked at their hours of opperation and on Saturdays they close at 2PM CST, they called me at 5:30pm MST and I called back as soon as I could find thier phone number since it has NEVER SHOWN UP ON MY PHONE.
