Terrible customer service-with no care about loss of my business

I put an order for $230 on 11/26 and got an answer back that standing was total. Many weeks handed no bundle with no term. I delivered a contact and got no response. I named plus they claim they delivered a contact, one product wasn't in-stock therefore it helo up entire purchase. Peculiar that used to do not obtain the mail. I inquired when the might facilitate delivery on which they'd and there's no means they are able to do this. The delivery was about $26 for 4 light products from Brooklyn to Queens. Very costly to start with therefore the disappointment to work well with me and maintain the company hit me as peculiar. Then I questioned why products weren't delivered by having an on backorder with no cost for that lost product. Which looks type of standard for everybody else. We do not do this. It appears they didn't wish to accomplish something to maintain this purchase. I expected to get a supervisor and he wasn't in also it couldn't be assured he might contact or email back that evening. Really poor customer support exercise, comprehending that it's a small company but using the extraordinarily large $ for UPS ground delivery I will just move to date.
