Ripoff, when you try to cancel they will not let you

I remember then calling me and they said I could cancel anytime.

I called them last month and told them to cancel, but know they say they have no record of my call.

They want to know Name of person I talk to and his ID number as if we still know after a month.

I just want the magazine to be canceled is that to hard for them to understand.
